bicycle to suit your budget and keep it well maintained and it will give you

You do not need to wear specialist cycle clothing.
Normal sensible clothes that will keep you warm in the cold and cool in the
summer are perfectly suitable to cycle in. Wearing light coloured clothes help
you to be seen in poor light.
